WILDE IRISH GIN

Resplendent with notes of wild mountain purple heather and bitter orange peel, Wilde Irish Gin is an exquisite blend of carefully selected ingredients that shine through in every sip. Distilled by hand in small batches with two copper pot stills to ensure a level of quality that can only result from a Master Distiller’s intuition, this world-class premium gin is truly extraordinary from the top down.

THE POWERSCOURT DISTILLERY

The lands belonging to Powerscourt, part of the ancient territory of Fercullen, boast a rich local history – warring native clans O’Toole and O’Byrne, the Norman house Le Poer, Sir Richard Wingfield and successive viscounties, conflict, honour, peace and calm.

Surrounded by the beautiful Wicklow Mountains, guarded by the mighty Sugarloaf, enjoying a temperate coastline climate and bathed by pure spring waters, Powerscourt provides the perfect stage for distilling Irish Whiskey.

SIXLING GIN

Sixling is Ireland’s first and only cloudberry gin. Cloudberries were plentiful in Ireland up until the 1800s but are now extremely rare on the island. Sixling source their cloudberries from Scandinavia to offer consumers an opportunity to rediscover a forgotten flavour of ancient Ireland.

They also use locally sourced Cooley Mountain elderflower with an additional eight botanicals. This superb combination creates a truly unique fruity floral gin with a smooth herbal finish unlike any other gin on the market today.

CAMPO VIEJO

Campo Viejo believes vibrant cultures add colour to life. Their expert winemaking team continue to experiment with cutting-edge techniques and applying modern twists to traditional winemaking, to craft progressive styles and new expressions of Rioja.

With vineyards across the Rioja subregions and a winemaking team committed to innovation, they pioneer rich, contemporary expressions of Tempranillo, the region’s signature varietal. Taste Festive will animate the concept of a ‘life more colourful’ through and a multitude of interactive and creative experiences, showcasing the vibrancy of Campo Viejo and modern-day Spain.

KINSALE MEAD

Kinsale Mead Co was founded in 2016 to rediscover the ancient art of mead making and to create a delicious, refreshing new Irish drink. Each batch is hand-crafted with care, passion and the best natural ingredients.

The inspiration for their meads comes from sourcing natural ingredients from the local region as well as reflecting the rich tapestry of trading and maritime history in Kinsale and its stunning location in West Cork at the start of the Wild Atlantic Way.

The incredible line up at the Drinks Theatre also includes:

Peroni, Wilde, Schweppes, Kopparberg, Roe & Co, Wicklow Way Wines, Anchor Spirits, Drink Botanicals, So Prosecco, Heineken.
