KATHRYN MASON

Founder & Managing Director

Straight-talking. Results-focused. Knows what works.

Kathryn has spent her entire career  shaping stories that stick—and getting them seen. With over three decades in PR, she’s worked with some of the world’s biggest names in music, entertainment and lifestyle. She started in music at international record labels. At BMG, she rose quickly through the ranks, and never looked back. Universal Music. Global artists. Prime-time TV. National campaigns. You name it, she’s probably worked on it.

In 2004, Kathryn launched MASONRY PR to bring that same energy, creativity and strategy to clients who want more than buzz—they want impact. She’s led campaigns for chart-toppers, Ratings winners, festivals, food brands, distilleries, and more, always with the same no-nonsense approach: be sharp, be clear, and deliver.

She believes in relationships that last, ideas that move, and doing the work with integrity (and a sense of humour). Based in Dublin but always on the move, Kathryn brings insight, experience and instinct to everything she touches.
