Mermaid, the new summer pop-up takeaway from the terrace at Bresson, Monkstown is now open

As outdoor activities are proving to be more and more popular every summer, from cycling along the south county Dublin seafront or sea swimming at Seapoint or Sandycove, Bresson Monkstown is delighted to present Mermaid, the new summer pop-up from their terrace, providing delicious appetisers, mains and desserts to take away on your summer adventures. 

Try appetisers like shrimp popcorn with flying goose sriracha mayo to Pissaladière with Kalamata olives or their take on the picnic favourite – the sausage roll, served topped with sage, onion & wholegrain mustard, it’s soon to be a cult classic! For mains, try classics like fish’n’chips or calamari, served in a cone with basil aioli, to something a little more sumptuous like a lobster roll or Scallop St. Jacques. Not forgetting something sweet, like their Paris Brest with pistachio and lemon curd. Cool yourself down with a chocolate vanilla ice cream eclair or try the signature Pavlova with strawberries and vanilla mascarpone cream. 

Open Wednesday to Sunday, 3 pm to 7 pm, Mermaid does not currently offer delivery or phone orders, so pop down to Bresson to order!
