The Powerscourt Distillery’s Double Delight: Back-to-Back Visitor Centre of the Year Award!

Co. Wicklow – 24th November 2023 – Powerscourt Distillery is celebrating winning the Visitor Centre of the Year award at last night’s Icons of Whisky Ireland event, marking the second year in a row that the distillery has received this prestigious recognition.

The award is a testament to the dedication of the Powerscourt Distillery team in providing visitors with an unforgettable experience. The distillery offers a variety of tours and tastings, as well as the Whiskey Lounge, where guests can enjoy Powerscourt Distillery’s award-winning Fercullen Irish Whiskey.

In addition to the Visitor Centre of the Year award, Powerscourt Distillery was Highly Commended in the Campaign Innovator category for its Food & Whiskey Pairing concept. This innovative program pairs Powerscourt Distillery’s whiskey with locally sourced food, showcasing the best of Irish cuisine.
